Brasher Motor Company recently received two service awards
from General Motors:
The Service Elite Everyday Hero Award and the STS Everyday Hero Award.


Of the 53 dealers in the Houston Zone, Brasher Motor ranked highest in service to the customer (correctly fixing problems and high customer retention) and in technician training. This is Brasher’s third win for Service Elite and the first time any dealer in the Houston Zone has won both awards at the same time. Tommy Brasher thanked his employees for their dedication to their customers and to training saying, “We are proud of these awards but know we can always do more to make sure 100% of our customers are 100% satisfied.” Seen in the picture are Bill Elbert, Zone Manager for Aftersales; Tommy, Karen and Scott Brasher; Patrick Mackey, Service Manager; and Jason Ralph, District Manager for Aftersales. The Service Department at Brasher Motor Company received Chevrolet’s “Everyday Hero” award for its performance in the 2nd quarter 2012 and fourth quarter of 2011.


The premise of the award is to recognize dealerships that display great attitudes and do the basics brilliantly. Of the 73 dealerships in the Houston Zone, Brasher Motor Company lead the way in six categories: new vehicle customer retention, service leads response time, customer satisfaction, training, lowest repeat repairs and fewest customer assistance calls.
